Hat Umbrella!!
Oh my gosh I'm dying! I want this bad!! I am totally caught in the dilemma of a gal that LOVES hats but doesn't really look good in hats. I know. BUT this will solve all my problems!! As well as keep my painstakingly styled coif dry!
