This picture instantly made me think back to 1st grade when my teacher cut an apple in half, plunged it into a glob of paint, stamped it on a piece of construction paper(to this day still my favorite kind of paper) and blew my mind with that simple circle and star. Nature is such a wondrous thing!
I wanted so badly to run to my kitchen and have a little arts and crafts time and post my creation along with this pic, but I couldn't rationalize wasting a perfectly good piece of fruit. Having an adult mind stinks sometimes.
